Microphone was defective on arrival. I initiated a refund and was required to provide a video of a PC microphone test to prove my claim. The required proof was absurd since I don’t even use a headset with my PC but I did it anyway. With great difficulty I used my phone to record a microphone test with Windows on my laptop. The test failed. I submitted the video. It was then claimed that I did not and the case was closed. No discussion or means to resolve the dispute. Just unilaterally closed. The service stinks. Buyer beware.
